We are looking for a Project Manager / Service Manager (m/f) to strengthen our team

for our offices in Frankfurt am Main.

Your task:

• Management of our fascinating – in some cases – international projects
• Responsibility for Change Management.
• Professional consulting services for your allocated customers
• Responsibility for the provision of the services according to the contract
• Detailed analysis of the requirements "of your" customers
• Development of solutions and concepts
• Design of the applications and platforms
• Formulation of the architectures and operational concepts
• Process definition and implementation of the processes in the organisation
• Coordination and control of our technical team
• Ensuring the compliance with the SLAs to safeguard a consistently high service quality

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed your university degree course in a technical-mathematical discipline.
• Furthermore, you have at least 5 years of experience in fields relevant to your profession.
• You can demonstrate experience in project management and additionally have successfully completed ITIL training and have already used your ITIL skills in practice.
• You have an excellent command of Linux (Red Hat, CentOS, Debian) as well as Linux software (Apache, Exim, PHP, Tomcat etc.) and TCP/IP, augmented by software development knowledge.
• Your profile is completed by solution- and team orientation as well as the capacity to keep a cool head in stressful situations.
